What Causes HeartBurn? Symptoms ,Risks, and Treatment
Heartburn is the pain in the chest cavity. It is mostly noticed when one has eaten the evening meal. Heartburn can interfere with your daily work if it occurs occasionally.

CAUSES OF HEART BURN
This condition called heartburn occurs when acid in the stomach builds up in the tube or pipe that takes food from the mouth to the stomach. Usually, when food goes down to the stomach from the mouth, some muscles around the bottom of the esophagus known as the lower esophagus sphincter, relaxes to give the food and liquid time flow into the stomach. After this, the muscles tighten again. If the lower esophageal sphincter relaxes unusually or weakens, stomach acid can flow back into the acid reflux and this causes or triggers heartburn. This condition may worsen if one is lying down or bending over.
RISK FACTORS OF HEARTBURN
Some foods and drinks that people take on daily basis can trigger the occurrence of heartburn. These foods include the following listed down.

3.) Citrus fruits and its products
4.) Ketchup which is a tomato product
