Learn To Run Your Own Race In 2020
Every race has a set course and each athlete has their own lane on the track. You must have your own lane that you will run in this year. In sport if an athlete crosses to another’s lane hey end up disqualified. You crossing over to someone else plans and destiny will cost you. Set your own goal and run towards it. When athletes are running they run forward and do not look behind this is to ensure that they stay focused and aim at the finish line. Likewise do not be destructed by what people are saying to you on the sides or back when on your journey. Be focused and aim to reach your finishing line.
Become determined to develop a great relationship with God. Do not think that you will rely on others to grow spiritually. This is a race that you must take alone. You can have a support system that will help you grow together in faith like your spouse or family but you must be willing to invest in your spiritual growth alone.
You must remember that every race is timed. You cannot run the same race for 24 hours or one week. The race is always timed and should be completed within a particular duration. Our lives on earth have duration. You do not know whether you will be alive the next minute. Therefore treasure each moment do the best that you can do at each given time. Proper time management will propel you to accomplish those goals. Utilizing each second will lead to proper time management.
Explore your talents to the fullest when you have time. Do not be afraid to showcase what God blessed you with. You must leave your imprint on this earth. John 7:38.Every race has an end. There is a start line and a finishing line. At the end of the race many finish in different ways. Others will be trotting while others give the last lap a final burst of energy. Only those who finish first get the prize. You must finish your race and give your best to get the prize. Timothy 4:7-8.
Lastly you must accept your strengths and weaknesses. There are different categories in races. There are races for the disabled, others are 40 km races others are 100 meters races. Know which race you will do best and stick to it.
