A Woman Is Forced To Self-Quarantine
The Narok County emergency reply committee has involuntary a woman who jetted back into the country from Sweden on Wednesday to isolation after members of the public elevated the fear.
Inhabitants of Lenana Estate in Narok town raised fears that she may be at risk of spreading coronavirus. Narok County Commissioner Samuel Kimiti and CEC Morgan Siloma long-established the incident, saying the woman is the wife of a local pastor.
She is now compulsorily isolated at the Narok Referral Hospital where she will remain for 14 days.
The emergency team captured her home on Monday morning escorted by a team from the public health section and police to even out the 59-year-old woman.
Mr Kimiti said establishments are also following down members of her family and faithful of the church who welcomed her when she inwards and interrelated with her in a thanksgiving ceremony at the church on Sunday.
They could also be required to quarantine. The citizens are advised to be watchful on any case of other person that may have entered the country and have not been tested.
The people are told to be calm as the situation is now controlled and the also to take care of themselves.
